With Online Bill Pay you can:

• Pay your bills anytime, anywhere.
• Set up recurring, occasional, or one-time payments
• Receive bills electronically from leading merchants.
• View your payment history on your account.
• Convenient payment records at your finger-tips. A great time-saver at tax time!

Here is how to sign up today:

Current Internet Banking Customers

• Log in to Internet Banking.
• Click on the User Services tab.
• Add Bill Pay to an account already in Internet Banking
  1. Go to the column titled Manage Accounts
  2. Click on Add/View Account Services, locate the desired account
  3. Click the Edit link and select the option for “Basic with Bill Pay”
• Add Bill Pay to an account not in Internet Banking:
1. Go to the column titled Manage Accounts
2. Click on Add New Account, enter the account number, nickname, and account type
3. Check the box under the column “Bill Pay”
• You will receive a message in Internet Banking once your account has been updated with the requested services.

New Internet Banking Customers

• On the Sign On To Online Banking link click on the Enroll button
• Choose “Bill Pay” by checking the box next to the account that you would like to use to pay bills
• You will be notified when your account has been set up on Internet Banking and Bill Pay.

E-Statements

Go Paperless with E-Statements

With CB&T E-Statements, you will receive an e-mail notification the day your account statement is available. You will get faster and more secure delivery of your statements, no longer need storage for paper statements and never lose another statement.

Your CB&T E-Statement will look just like your paper statement. E-statements will be archived on your Online Banking so that you have a permanent file of all statements provided electronically. The archival of these statements begins with the first E-Statement you receive. Previous paper statements are not archived in Online Banking. You can access, review, save or print your CB&T E-Statements whenever you like.

Here’s how to sign up:

1. Log on to Internet Banking.
2. Click User Services tab at the top.
3. Under the Manage Account box, click E-Statements and follow the instructions.
4. Make sure your on file e-mail address is up to date.
